North Norfolk District Council has given the green light for a three-bedroom self-build bungalow to be built in East Runton.
A nearly identical application was submitted around a decade ago, but revised plans include resurfacing part of the driveway and lowering some boundary walls.

Access would be via a private drive, with revised plans including resurfacing part of the route and lowering boundary walls near the junction.
Residents backing the plans said the site was within the village envelope and argued that the scale, materials, design and access arrangements were suitable for the area.
