The two-vehicle collision happened on the major road going westbound near Postwick at 1.54pm on Saturday. At the time, one driver said: "The road is backed up for absolutely miles. "Avoid the area and take alternative routes." A spokesman for Norfolk Constabulary confirmed the people were taken to hospital as a precaution and said: "The road was blocked and reopened at around 5pm."
