PHOENIX — Police are investigating after a man was found dead, lying in a roadway in west Phoenix in the early hours of Saturday morning, authorities said. Bryan Desjone Richmond, 27, was identified as the deceased male, according to the Phoenix Police Department. The Phoenix Fire Department pronounced Richmond dead on scene. Detectives reportedly processed the scene and canvassed the area for any potential evidence.
