The Spice of India in Dufftown is facing off against competition from across Scotland to land the Best Indian Restaurant title in the hotly contested Spice Awards. Dufftown's Spice of India is a finalist at the Spice Awards. There are restaurant and takeaway trophies including Best Indian, Best Japanese, Best Chinese, Best Nepalese and more as well as categories by area and overall national winners. The Spice Awards will be presented to the eventual winners at a glittering ceremony on Monday, September 7 at DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow. Spice of India has also been shortlisted for the Asian Restaurant Awards.
