Children’s Hospice South West’s (CHSW) Moonlight Memory Walk will return to Clevedon on Saturday, October 3, offering families and friends the opportunity to walk in remembrance while raising funds for the charity’s vital work supporting children and families across the South West. Hollie Thorogood, events fundraiser for CHSW, said: "Moonlight Memory Walk is such a poignant and meaningful event and we are delighted to be bringing it back to Clevedon in 2026. The walk is open to all ages and is intended for anyone wishing to honour the memory of someone special. Registration includes a welcome pack with a candle bag to decorate, a walker sign, a free online dedication, a Moonlight Memory Walk t-shirt for adults, a CHSW branded t-shirt for children, and a commemorative medal. Charlton Farm offers hospice stays, specialist play, music therapy, sibling support, palliative and emergency care, end-of-life care, and bereavement support at no cost to families.
