On Wednesday, August 12, Wiltshire Council’s Northern Area Planning Committee will discuss four separate planning applications that could see a total of 343 homes built in the area.
The first development to be considered by members is a reserved matters application for 90 homes off Spitfire Road in Calne.
The biggest development under consideration at the meeting is an outline application for a major residential development north of Whychurch Farm and West of Crudwell Road, at Malmesbury.
A further 55 homes are proposed for Land East of Biddestone Lane at Yatton Keynell, northwest of Chippenham.
Finally, councillors on the committee will discuss plans to build a further 49 homes and provide a cemetery south of The Forty and North of Chelworth Road at Cricklade.
