The right of reply is reproduced in full below:Deli & Co refers to the recent notice concerning an alleged Hepatitis A case purportedly linked to our establishment.
First and foremost, the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers and employees remain our highest priorities.
We take our food safety and hygiene obligations extremely seriously and have consistently operated in compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
In addition, another employee, despite testing negative, observed the recommended incubation period in line with the advice provided by the health authorities.
