The incident took place at Lakefest, a family festival held at Eastnor Castle Deer Park.
An ambulance was called at 12.01am and transported the woman to Gloucester Royal Hospital for precautionary checks after reports of an assault at the site, a West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said.
On the night of the incident, Bananarama had performed to a packed crowd before ending their set at around 10pm.
Festival-goers then attended a silent disco, which continued late into the evening, around the time the incident occurred.
Lakefest is a family festival set in the grounds of Eastnor Castle Deer Park and attracts over 10,000 visitors annually.
