The incident happened in Church Road near Hove Villas. On Friday July 24, at around 10:15pm a 59 year old man a 13 year old girl were walking in the direction of Portslade when they bumped into a man walking the other way. The victim apologised but he was verbally and physically assaulted in the street, Sussex Police said. Sussex Police said they would like to speak to the person pictured in connection with the investigation. Police have asked anyone who recognises this person, witnessed the incident or had relevant information like CCTV, mobile or dashcam footage to come forward.
