Laura Akinnurun-Sharpe, 46, died after the car she was driving was involved in a crash with a Mercedes concrete mixer in Brampton on March 24. A woman in her 70s, who was a passenger in the car, was taken to hospital with serious injuries after the collision on Buxton Road, near Aylsham. The driver of the lorry, Andre Gould, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving in the immediate aftermath of the crash and was subsequently released under investigation. In a tribute issued after her death, her family described her as an "amazing mother, daughter, wife, sister and friend." They said she was a "beautiful soul" who would be "sorely missed by her family and all who knew her."
