Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has directed officials to accelerate the Metro rail works in Hyderabad's Old City and issued instructions to speed up the Metro Phase-2 project and noted that key decisions regarding the MGBS-Chandrayangutta Metro corridor have been finalized. He directed that road widening works covering a 7.5-kilometer stretch be completed quickly and advised that the tendering process for the Metro works commence as soon as possible. The CM held a review meeting with relevant officials regarding the Old City Metro project at the MCRHRD Institute today (Tuesday). CM Revanth Reddy directed officials to expedite pending land acquisition processes. The CM stated that plans are underway to organize the 'Invest Telangana' summit in accordance with international standards.
