The body of Kortney Staples, a Chester woman who has been missing since July 11, was recovered from the Delaware River on Sunday, her sister told NBC10. On Monday, the Chester Police Department said that the car was found by Chaos Divers and reported to police. A dead body believed to be Staples was then found inside the car. The sisters of 33-year-old Kortney Staples are bringing attention to the Chester woman's disappearance.
