After causing an oncoming RAC van to do an emergency stop, Pana tried to squeeze through the gap, he hit a woman who was stood by the passenger door of her partner’s parked car. The woman was trapped between the two cars and then thrown to the floor as Pana continued driving. Victor Pana almost hit a pedestrian as he turned from College Street (left) on to Harford Square (right) in Lampeter. As Pana returned to Lampeter, he knocked down a pedestrian as she stood next to the passenger door of her partner’s car. At the police station, he recorded having 98 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath – almost three times the drink-drive limit.
