The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) has issued a public tender calling for suppliers to provide, install, and configure 66 software licences as part of the World Bank-funded Horn of Africa Gateway Development Project (HoAGDP).
KeNHA is seeking suppliers for a World Bank-funded highway project.
Lot 2 covers 15 engineering design software suite licences on an annual subscription, 10 document management software licences on an annual subscription, and 6 highway analysis software licences.
Bidding Rules and Submission DeadlineThe procurement follows World Bank guidelines under the Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Seventh Edition, revised in September 2025.
Bidders are also reminded that World Bank procurement regulations require disclosure of the successful bidder's beneficial ownership information as part of the contract award process.
