The Philadelphia Police Department has released surveillance video in the hopes of tracking down a man who, officials said, broke into a Citizens Bank in the city's East Germantown section earlier this week. WATCH HERE WATCH HEREAccording to police, the video is from a Citizens Bank branch, located along the 6300 block of Stenton Avenue, in Philly's East Germantown section, and was filmed at about 2:30 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 9, 2026. Once inside, officials said, the man stole several blank checks. After the burglary, the man was spotted on camera walking along Stenton Avenue, toward Tulpehocken Street. Also, officials said, the same man is suspected to have burglarized this same bank branch on Aug. 5, 2026.
