Nabil Mahamoud, 34, is due to appear before Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates’ Court today (Tuesday), facing charges related to an alleged incident on December 25, 2025, in St Helens. He is accused of failing to stop after a road accident, failing to report the accident, and driving without due care and attention. Court documents state that an accident occurred in which damage was caused to fencing surrounding a property. Mahamoud is alleged to have failed to stop at the scene, and is also charged with failing to report the accident to police within 24 hours.
