According to The Gym Kitchen, the products have been developed to offer significantly more protein than standard instant oat products, while maintaining a short and simple ingredient list. “The Gym Kitchen High Protein Porridge range has been developed to target morning occasions, with a convenient format that fits into busy, active daily routines,” the company said.
