Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) is a charity trying to prevent sudden deaths in young people, by raising awareness, screening and research, as well as supporting affected families. Supporters run weekly car boot stalls with donations from the public to raise funds for the organisation. "We will keep setting up at the car boot sale in all weathers, because raising funds for life-saving heart screening is always our end goal." "It takes such determination to raise funds of this level and so it feels very cruel that somebody would choose to steal from their fundraising efforts."
