Nominations are now open for the Donegal Local Development CLG (DLDC) 2026 Community Recognition Awards. The event on November 5th at the Finn Valley Centre, Stranorlar will honour the work of community and voluntary groups, charitable organisations, and social enterprises that have brought positive change to people's lives in Donegal. Whether it’s a large social enterprise or a community group that has developed and implemented an innovative environmental project, DLDC wants to hear about it. Eligible organisations must be located within DLDC's catchment area, covering Central, South and North Donegal. Highland Radio's Lee Gooch, host of The Naughty Alarm Clock, will serve as MC at the awards ceremony.
