Private households 'feeling forgotten' compared to social housing in face of crime

This comes with Bolton Council’s community safety team currently dealing with more than 100 cases of anti-social behaviour needing "direct intervention" across the borough.
"Families are left waiting, chasing updates, and feeling forgotten simply because they’re not part of a social housing enforcement process.
"We need consistent casework, faster action, and a community safety team that stands with every household equally."
"The community safety team is also currently working closely with GMP to address anti-social behaviour and criminality in the Deane Road area.
"The community safety officers are currently managing 113 cases that require our direct intervention, of which 8 are for the Rumworth area.
