New Castle, PA - Joyce M. Pagley, 86, of New Castle, passed away the morning of Aug. 9, 2026, at Shenango on the Green in New Wilmington. She was preceded in death on Dec. 23, 2020, by her beloved husband of 60 years, Paul Richman Pagley, whom she married Sept. 24, 1960. A 1957 graduate of New Castle High School, Joyce completed her nursing degree at Jameson Memorial Hospital in 1960. She went on to gain employment for 50 years with Jameson Hospital as a registered nurse, 40 of which she worked in the Emergency Department. (Brian) Russell of North Port, Florida; a son, Paul R.
