Jeanette Roberts became a celebrant at 57 and has since conducted more than 3,000 funerals and over 300 weddings and naming ceremonies. She has travelled 'thousands of miles' to bring ceremonies to life and shared 'thousands of hugs, handshakes, and heartfelt "thank yous"' with clients. The 67-year-old, from Tranmere, said: "When I look at these stats, I can’t help but feel a sense of pride in my role as a celebrant over the decade. "And I’m looking forward to celebrating the next ten years." Despite the 10-year milestone, she has no plans to slow down and is already looking forward to another decade of service in the role she loves.
