Steve Hewlett will take centre stage at the 2026 show, which is celebrating 132 years of variety. A spokesperson for the West Cliff Theatre said: "The show is packed with good clean family fun, and all the glitz and glamour audiences have come to expect from the Clacton venue. Theatre fans can look forward to energetic dance routines from the Summer Show dancers, performances by youngsters from The Company, and vocals from Kira MacCarter and George Grant. The summer tradition dates back to 1894 and has only paused during the Second World War and the Covid pandemic.
