Officers on foot patrol in the area located a woman wanted on suspicion of theft from a motor vehicle, related fraudulent use of stolen bank cards, and two counts of shoplifting offences. She was "swiftly" arrested. A police spokesperson said: "Earlier today PC's Whitburn, Thomas, Sergeant Jenkins & PCSO's Miller & Churchward carried out foot patrols in Maidenhead town centre."
