PRIDE co-founders Katie Wilson and Niamh Skinner highlight the event's growth, reflecting increased community support and a strong sense of inclusion.
The celebration will feature over 20 stalls from local organisations, charities, makers, and community groups.
A highlight of the day will be the Pride Walk at 4pm, inviting everyone to join a "gentle, welcoming procession" through Hitchin.
With nearby Pride events in Luton and Bishop’s Stortford cancelled, North Herts PRIDE has become one of the few local opportunities for LGBTQ+ people and allies to unite.
North Herts PRIDE invites everyone to join the celebration on August 22 and be part of a day that continues to grow in heart, colour, and community spirit.
