A CELEBRATION has been held to mark the first anniversary of the opening of Chase Terrace Community Centre. Members of Burntwood Town Council and residents who attend Coffee Mates, a group who meet at the centre, gathered this week to celebrate the milestone. Cllr Sue Woodward, chair of Burntwood Town Council, said:“I can hardly believe it’s a year since our community centre opened. “It is proving to be very popular with community groups and activities, family gatherings, baby showers, birthday parties – and much more besides.
