The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department initially reported officers responded to a stabbing incident around 12:30 a.m. Saturday in which one man suffered injuries consistent with stab wounds. Police said the altercation involved two adult men, with one sustaining lacerations and the other receiving stab wounds. While both men received medical treatment, the man with stab wounds remains hospitalized in stable condition.
