David Wilson was found dead after becoming trapped beneath a collapsed wall. Police, fire and paramedics were called to Rangeway Bank Farm on Dark Ark Lane in Manley, at about 11.40am on Friday, November 1, 2023. The 58-year-old was found dead, underpinned by rubble, Cheshire Coroner’s Court in Warrington heard on July 29. A spokesman for Cheshire Police said: “A police investigation into the cause of the incident is ongoing at this time.” A spokesman for the Health and Safety Executive said: “We are continuing to liaise with Cheshire Police, who retain primacy over the investigation.”
