Man admits breaches of sexual harm order after failing to register new phone

Shaun Lindsay, 28, of Yates Road, Thornton Le Moors, appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on Tuesday, August 11.
Lindsay pleaded guilty to two counts of breach sexual harm prevention order in relation to an incident at his address on Friday, July 10.
In a brief outline of the facts, CPS prosecutor Lynn Clark stated that Lindsay had been subject to a five-year sexual harm prevention order issued in 2022.
It was agreed that magistrates had sufficient powers to sentence Lindsay for the breaches.
Magistrates agreed that an 'all-options report' would be prepared ahead of sentence on Tuesday, September 8.
