National Highways has warned of delays of approximately 60 minutes for drivers approaching the closure points from both directions. Drivers should continue on the A414 towards Hemel Hempstead, then follow the A405 back to rejoin the M25 at J21A. A spokesperson said: "Due to the risk of secondary explosions, along with smoke and debris affecting the carriageway, the motorway remains closed as a precaution."
