A consultation event regarding the plans will take place at the Queen’s Market in Rhyl on Wednesday, August 12 from 2pm until 7pm.
Denbighshire County Council said all residents, business owners and visitors of Rhyl are invited to the event, with the latest proposals having been “shaped by feedback from previous consultations and engagement events”.
Proposals appear to include gardens and landscaped areas, seating, a promenade walkway and an open event space.
Those who are unable to attend Wednesday’s event can email their thoughts to RhylPublicRealmQueries@balfourbeatty.com.
Earlier this week, it was reported that the council plans to relocate the Children’s Village funfair to the space on the promenade which was formerly occupied by the SeaQuarium attraction.
