The Batesville City Council will consider a resolution to continue a trails grant at its Tuesday evening meeting, according to the meeting agenda. The council convenes at 5:30 p.m. at Batesville City Hall, 500 East Main St. Along with the trails grant resolution, council members are set to hear routine reports from the Batesville Police Department, Fire Department, and city engineer, as well as a financial report. Crystal Johnson, CEO of the Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce, is scheduled to give council members an update on Advertising and Promotion Commission activities.
