Reinsurance capital growth to continue: ReportThird-party reinsurance capital is projected to grow about 6% this year to a record $130 billion, while traditional reinsurance capital is expected to rise nearly 6.5% to a new high of $575 billion, according to U.S.-based Guy Carpenter and Company LLC and A.M. Best, Artemis reported. The projections would bring total global reinsurance capital to $705 billion, up 6% from the end of last year.
