Reverend Bernard C. Farley, retired, died on Thursday, August 6, 2026. He is the son of the late James J. Farley and the late Emily J. O’Connor. Father Farley attended Saint John the Baptist Parochial School, Philadelphia, and Roman Catholic High School, before entering Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary. Father Farley served as Parochial Vicar, Saint Francis of Assisi Parish, Norristown; Saint Joachim Parish, Philadelphia; Saint Gabriel Parish, Philadelphia; Saint Anne Parish, Philadelphia; Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, Philadelphia; and Epiphany of Our Lord Parish, Philadelphia. Concelebrants are: Reverend Thomas M. Higgins, Reverend Joseph D. Brandt, Reverend John T. Lyons, and Reverend Michael Ryan will be the homilist.
