Amaravati: Deputy Chief Minister and panchayat raj minister Pawan Kalyan ordered immediate action against a contractor over poor-quality development works in Pedapenki village of Parvathipuram Manyam district. Following the complaints, Pawan Kalyan deputed the state’s chief quality control officer to inspect the works. Based on the report submitted by the quality control department, the Deputy Chief Minister ordered action against the contractor responsible for the works. Pawan Kalyan also reviewed the progress of ongoing development works in Pedapenki with the Parvathipuram Manyam district collector and officials of the panchayat raj engineering department. He also asked the local MLA to actively monitor the progress and quality of development works being executed in the village.
