Colorado Economy Continues To Grow Amid Persistent Uncertainty
[]
Newswise: BizNews
The Colorado Business Review: Colorado 2026 Midyear Economic Update, produced by the Business Research Division at the Leeds School of Business examines statewide and national economic trends across major industries, employment, population, trade and other key indicators.
Colorado continues to rank above average on many long-term economic measures, including gross domestic product growth, personal income growth and labor force participation.
At the same time, the report notes that slower population growth, a shrinking labor force and elevated inflation are expected to limit near-term growth.
“This is squeezing the supply of labor in Colorado, which will inherently lead to slower job growth in the near term.”
