Amaravati People from different parts of state submitted petitions highlighting their grievances at the Public Grievances Cell set up at the TDP central office in Mangalagiri on Tuesday. The petitions were received by TDP MLC and chief whip Panchumarthi Anuradha, AP Technology Services Limited chairman Mannava Mohana Krishna and AP Minorities Finance Corporation chairman Mustaq Ahmed. Burra Lakshmi Devi from Netivaripalli village in Chitvel mandal of Tirupati district submitted a petition alleging harassment by her in-laws for giving birth to daughters. She said she had approached the police several times but had not received justice, and sought action against those responsible. Several others also submitted petitions on various issues.
