Away from work, you could find him entertaining family and friends or having a cold beverage by the fire pit. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, NancyAnn MacDonald; his son, Christopher MacDonald Jr.; mother, Sylvia Knowles; brother, Richard MacDonald and wife Karen, brother, James MacDonald and wife Cheri; mother-in-law, Nancy Curley; sibling-in-laws, David Curley and wife Christine, Jon Curley and wife Madith, Steven Curley and wife Paula, MaryBeth (Curley) Stanton and husband William; cousin Susan Ellis, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his father, Morrill MacDonald; sister, Elizabeth Jackson; brother, Jonathan MacDonald; step-father, Donald Knowles; father-in-law, Hugh Curley and cousin, William Ellis.
