The Hill Group gifted the single-occupancy SoloHaus units to Harlow-based charity Streets2Homes, with the homes delivered in partnership with Harlow Council through the Harlow Regeneration Partnership.
The fully furnished and equipped homes, each designed to Future Homes Standards, will provide safe and temporary accommodation for people experiencing homelessness.
Built as part of Hill’s £15 million Foundation 200 initiative, the Harlow homes are part of a wider pledge to design and manufacture 200 modular properties.
Streets2Homes will allocate residents and manage the development, working alongside Harlow Council.
The Harlow Regeneration Partnership will continue to deliver regeneration and development projects to revitalise Harlow town centre.
