More than 1,200 nominations flooded in for the Skipton Business Awards, organised by Skipton Business Improvement District (BID) to recognise and celebrate the achievements and contributions of businesses across the town. Sarah Howsen, manager of Skipton BID, said: "The judges said every category in this year’s awards included tough competition. "We were pleased with the high quality of entries, showing how passionate our local business community is about the Business Awards. The Health and Wellbeing Business of the Year finalists are Spirit of Pilates, Hello World Hypnobirthing, and Balanced Life Physio. The awards ceremony will take place in October, with the full list of finalists and sponsors available on the Skipton BID website.
