Saudi Arabia's Acwa Power says the $8.5 billion Neom green hydrogen project is now in the commissioning stage, with CEO Samir Serhan telling analysts and investors on an Aug. 6 earnings call that construction work has been completed, and commercial operations are set to start next year.
