The Bond Buyer's Rising Stars program recognizes municipal finance professionals under the age of 40 who have made positive contributions to their community while demonstrating exceptional leadership, excellent collaboration skills, innovation and creativity in their roles. The 11th class of Rising Stars will be honored at an awards dinner at the close of The Bond Buyer's INFRASTRUCTURE conference , which takes place September 14–15, 2026, at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel.
