CancerChinese Institute for Brain Research Beijing discovers new dihydropyrido[3,4-d]pyrimidine compoundsScientists at the Chinese Institute for Brain Research, Beijing have described dihydropyrido[3,4-d]pyrimidine compounds acting as multi-target protein polybromo-1 (PBRM1; hPB1; BAF180), transcription activator BRG1 (SMARCA4; BAF190A; SNF2-β) and psychosine receptor (GPR65) inhibitors.
As such, they are potentially useful for the treatment of glioblastoma, immunological disorder, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and acute respiratory distress syndrome.
