BRS Working President KT Rama Rao lashed out at Chief Minister Revanth Reddy regarding HYDRAA, alleging that the enforcement agency was operating like a hunting dog for the Chief Minister. KTR alleged that politics involving blackmail and intimidation were being conducted under the guise of HYDRAA, backed by large-scale corruption. Emphasising the need for transparency, KTR questioned why Revanth Reddy's brother's house and Congress farmhouses remained untouched while common citizens faced action. He noted that even during the COVID-19 pandemic, the BRS administration ensured students and the public suffered no hardship over pending dues, explaining that incoming governments naturally inherit liabilities alongside assets. KTR pointed out that while monthly state revenue stood around Rs 4,000 crore when BRS assumed power, it expanded to approximately Rs 18,500 crore by the end of their tenure.
