Monaco is seeking an operator for a new inclusive snack bar at Place d’Armes, with the business required to provide employment opportunities for people with disabilities as part of a mainstream workplace team. The Mairie de Monaco launched the public call for applications in the latest edition of the Journal de Monaco. Employment at the centre of the projectThe premises must be used as an inclusive snack bar with a social purpose. The snack bar must not create noise or other disturbances for neighbouring businesses and residents. As is standard for public-domain premises, the arrangement will be personal to the selected operator, temporary and revocable.
