Middlebury, IN - Edna Mae Hochstetler, 91, of Goshen, formerly of Middlebury, passed away peacefully at 8:50 a.m., on Tuesday, Aug. 4, at Greencroft, Goshen. On Dec. 11, 1955, in Middlebury she married Chris U. Hochstetler, Chris died on Dec. 4, 2009. Edna worked in food service for Middlebury Community Schools and later assisted Essenhaus with décor and a craft shop. Edna was baptized and raised Amish, then, just before her marriage to Chris, joined First Mennonite Church becoming a proud and committed lifelong member. A funeral service will then follow at 11:00 a.m. at First Mennonite Church, Middlebury.
