Illinois woman sentenced to 38 years with no parole for the murder of her fiancé. A 40-year-old Naperville, Illinois, woman was sentenced to almost four decades in prison after she was found guilty of her fiancé’s murder. Identified as Rosa Lagrone, she shot her fiancé in 2020 after she found out he was cheating on her. In November 2020, Lagrone was at home with her fiancé, Darnell Manns, in their 0-100 block of 25W Keswick Lane residence. Reports indicate Lagrone shot Manns once in the arm with a handgun.
