The Kogi State Government has inaugurated a planning committee for the 10-year memorial programme in honour of the late former governor, Prince Abubakar Audu. “You will recall that this great leader devoted his life to the service of our state and beyond. Although he passed away nearly ten years ago, we, his political disciples, have decided to honour him through this anniversary,” Bello said. “On behalf of the committee, I assure His Excellency that we will work diligently with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful memorial programme. The event will be a befitting tribute to our late former governor,” he said.
