Crusader Caravans has launched a new Deposit Promise designed to provide customers with greater confidence when placing orders through its authorised dealer network. For eligible Crusader Caravan orders placed with an authorised Crusader dealer, the Deposit Promise ensures a customer’s place in the Crusader production schedule remains secure. If an authorised dealer is unable to fulfil an order, Crusader will transfer the order to another authorised dealer and honour up to 10 per cent of the total order value towards the caravan build. “The Deposit Promise is simply another way we’re standing behind our customers when it matters most. The Deposit Promise applies to new Crusader or Dreamhaven Caravans purchased from 1 August 2026 onwards from authorised dealers and registered with an authorised Crusader or Dreamhaven dealer.
