With seven weeks remaining in the MLB regular season, the playoff picture is coming into focus. Below we'll take a look at the standings, Wild Card picture and break down the most interesting races. At this point, it would be pretty surprising if the American League representative in the World Series didn't come out of the East. The National League is less intriguing from a divisional crown standpoint, with perhaps only the Brewers facing a threat from the second-place Cubs. Both the Braves and Dodgers look safe atop their perches in the East and West, respectively.
